He is a well-mannered, respectful, and smiling employee who respects and helps the customer. His only concern is the customer’s satisfaction. I liked the hotel and staying in it because of Haroun Al Rashid and regarding the property was wonderful and clean and size of room space was excellent and suitable for 3 people. It was not narrow and not wide. It was suitable. Honestly, everything was clean.
