Our family of seven stayed for two nights during the UAE holiday and had a great experience. The staff were very warm and accommodating, special thanks to Edmund, who ensured our check-in and check-out were smooth and even arranged for our rooms to be on the same floor, making our stay exceptional. The rooms were clean, the amenities were good (including the pool, spa, and mini waterpark), and the buffet meals offered excellent selections. Kudos to Asha, Subrate, Kabir, Divine, and Jowel from Terraza for making our dining experience wonderful.
