Sheppard Boutique is always exceptional. The rooms are beautiful and clean, the staff are friendly and the food from the Grill house restaurant is out of this world. When you sit on the deck of the restaurant or by the pool, you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. Serene, peaceful and a great spot to unwind. Definitely our favourite place to stay in Nelspruit.

Stunning property with lovely views and AMAZING breakfast which was included . All the staff we encountered were very courteous friendly and helpful . We stayed in the family room with our 2 adult children . Had a wonderful sleep . Didn't mind the shared bathroom as it was only for 1 night . Lovely place to stay when in Nelspruit

The service was impeccable. The receptionist went above and beyond. The bed was comfy and the linens were top class. The restaurant staff were attentive but not overly so. Checking out was easy and smooth. Very comfy stay, wish it had been longer.
