The location is within reach to shopping centre. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Receptionist Ruth, being at the front door of the company, you have all the qualities to be there. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful one. The food was nice, spacious rooms and had facilities for children to play. The customer service is at another level. Sheppard Boutique is always exceptional. The rooms are beautiful and clean, the staff are friendly and the food from the Grill house restaurant is out of this world. When you sit on the deck of the restaurant or by the pool, you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. Serene, peaceful and a great spot to unwind. Definitely our favourite place to stay in Nelspruit.

The service was impeccable. The receptionist went above and beyond. The bed was comfy and the linens were top class. The restaurant staff were attentive but not overly so. Checking out was easy and smooth. Very comfy stay, wish it had been longer.
