I arrived at the hotel after a long 24 hour journey, and from the moment I stepped in, I felt held and supported. I especially want to thank Aisha from the front desk, she was incredibly kind and helpful with everything I needed for my landing and first days. The whole staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The hotel is also in a great location, within walking distance of a large mall where I could get everything I needed, and there’s a lovely park nearby as well. Thanks to both the warm hospitality and the convenient surroundings, I was able to settle in smoothly, rest, and take care of everything I needed. I’m truly grateful. 🙏🏽

When you wait for the hotel shuttle at the airport, you are among other people waiting for different hotels. Lots of people had been waiting 45 minutes to an hour, but when asked, someone said they had already seen the Crowne Plaza shuttle. From there I only had to wait about 20 minutes, so their shuttle really does run every half hour. Driver was very friendly and helpful. Very clean, very quiet, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent stay!
