We came here after our cruise knowing we were early and just planning to drop off our bags. The reception was incredibly nice and kind, and our room was already prepared so they let us check in several hours early! This was our best lodging experience in the US. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Miami.

The stay here was great, the hotel is beautiful and i requested for 2 full beds and they immediately responded and got it for us, it's really spacious we had a living room, full size kitchen, bedroom with 2 beds, closet dining table, bathroom was also big. The stay here was amazing. So close to dolphin mall, we will 100% book this hotel again for when we visit Miami again. Highly highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is just amazing, they're always open and willing to help. The facilities are nice; there's a good pool, and an amazing lake view, and always clean and quiet. I recommend this place a lot, and it's my main go-to place when I travel to Miami for a short time
