Hi - we stayed for one night when our flight was cancelled. Staff were fantastic especially front desk who gave us a great restaurant recommendation, Ricardo and the other shuttle bus driver (who went out of there way to pick us up and get us to the airport safely). Sadly the pool was closed for maintenance. I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and convenience. I have previously stayed in the Chicago hotel and this matched the excellent experience I had there.

Keri Lynn did an excellent job checking us in and making us feel welcome. When we had an issue with our first room, she quickly resolved it.

Sleep Inn hotel is located less than 3 miles from Raleigh Durham Airport, just off Interstate 40.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very practical if you're by car and the room was well equipped and kept. The WiFi was surprisingly good.
