One of the best stays of our Thailand trip! The atmosphere was top notch, facilities are well maintained. The staff is very friendly and supportive as well. The breakfast had good quality local food and selection was changing from day to day. The only thing that was unusual - we had dinner in the hotels restaurant and the food quality was much lower compared to the breakfast dishes, but its only a minor downside - there are plenty of places to go for dinner. I would stay here again for sure. Additionally notable: Great laundry service - neatly packed and folded - and good price which seemed to be calculated on the precise weight. And the on-site bar had decent drinks for a reasonable price.

The free shuttle was amazing - you could just order them like a taxi anywhere to and from Ao Nang and they were quick. All questions were answered quickly. The pool area was nice and clean with pool towels. 2 vending machines with very reasonable prices (there were diapers, drinks, snacks etc). A nice playground for the kids. Our villa had 2 bedrooms and bathrooms which was good for our family of 5. Simple basic kitchen but you can cook some meals. Quiet AC. The location was great because it was very quiet but max 10 min to Ao Nang with the shuttle.

A fantastic hotel that made all the difference to enhance our stay. All staff were extremely friendly including reception, breakfast, cleaning, maintenance and gardeners. While the exterior of the buildings were somewhat worn the rooms (King rooms) were very nice and fresh, with enough space, very comfortable beds, good bathroom and all necessary amenities such as fridge/freezer, safe, water boiler and hairdryer. The best part was the location, away from the street in a green area with trees and bushes surrounding so that you hardly heard the traffic, but instead you wake up to birds singing outside your room, and you can just sit outside your room and enjoy the piece and quiet. Short walk to the two beaches where Nopparat beach was the quieter and better one for swimming and sunbathing. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Breakfast was very good, where instead of buffet, you had plenty of alternatives to choose from. Very helpful people in the reception that was more than willing to help you with booking of transportations and excursions, as well as good advice. In short a two-star hotel with 5-star service.

It's very beautiful place and we have a good time here. We are relaxing and we feel like a home. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hope we can come back again next year. Thank you very much The Laithai Luxury Condominium.

Lovely site off the busy street so feels like you are away from all the hussle and bussle. Unfortunately the air con in our room leaked the first night but the staff immediately upgraded us to a better room for the rest of our stay. The pool is amazing, big with more than enough beds for the guests, surrounded by nature , we were fortunate enough to see the dusky leaf monkeys. Walking distance to the beach, shops, boats and restaurants.

It's no surprise that Ban Sainai has won many awards for its pool. It was absolutely incredible. The room (bungalow with jacuzzi) was very spacious, well equipped and had a fab view of the grounds. I appreciated the hand-grinder and coffee beans as a coffee lover and the complimentary banana chips were a lovely touch. The breakfasts were varied and plentiful The shuttle bus was on time, and got us where we needed to go. Overall, a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.
