The reception staff were so lovely and welcoming on arrival. We were given a complimentary upgrade which really did just make our stay unforgettable. The rooms are beautiful and the location is just a 12 minute walk from the Central Station. Lots of shops and restaurants walking distance. I can’t race enough about the breakfast buffet. Was such an amazing spread with lots of gluten free options. Everything was labelled very well which made it for easy for myself as someone who can’t eat gluten to know what was safe for me to eat. Would 100% stay again and recommend to everyone.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic – a great variety, fresh ingredients, and something for everyone. What really made the stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly courteous and welcoming, making us feel right at home. A special thank you to one of the staff members (I guess it was Paivi) driven us to the customer office as there was no Taxi available. Thanks to their quick and thoughtful assistance, we were able to get to our customer meeting on time – which made all the difference. Highly recommend – we’ll definitely be back!
