I like the building and its facilities very much, very comfortable. It was cold outside, but warm inside cause of the heater. João is very friendly and helpful who even came to help with the luggage and help to book the restaurant. The breakfast was rich and the location was great. But it was raining heavily and foggy, so I couldn't visit the castle, but I will come here again.

Good sized room, comfy beds, plenty of hot water. Our balcony overlooked the trees, river & castle beyond, & it was so pretty of an evening. The staff were friendly & extremely helpful. Excellent breakfast provided.

Rustic traditional. This is a traditional Quinta. Don’t expect multiple staff catering to your every need or room service at 11 at nigh. It’s a small but wonderful place with great amenities in a rural setting. I had my morning walk with the hotels dog to accompany me so instant 10/10. BTW he stayed for breakfast and enjoyed multiple tummy rubs.
