Exceptionally nice boutique hotel next to the Coimbra University. The staff was really amazing specially the recepcion and restaurant staff. They were very accommodating and helpful.

First, the staff is marvelous. We arrived early and were handled expertly, so we had a productive and fun day on the university campus and walking in the city. The hotel and grounds are exceptionally beautiful and dinner in the Gastropub was just what we wanted.

Great newly renovated hotel. When you look the room photos you can't say that the hotel itself is so stylish and well-designed. The location is a bit uphill, but the whole city is about going up and down. As to the "prison view" that several commentators mentioned - it looks more like a big church or something, or like a regular building, so nothing scary, not a problem at all.

Fantastic apartment. Light and temperature were really easy to control. Super comfy bed. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Great location with free and paid parking options close by. Love the bathroom in the cupboard!
