We had an incredible stay here over three days. Neither of us drive, so it’s rare to find somewhere this affordable and relaxing — with a pool AND river access — that’s also accessible by train and on foot, without compromising on access to delicious food, beautiful surroundings, and genuine hospitality. A tip for future guests: you can walk just 2 minutes along the train tracks to reach the gate of the property — ignore Google Maps, which sends you the long way around. When the staff realised we’d taken that route, they even came and picked us up (we hadn’t arranged this — they just went out of their way to help). We were so well looked after, especially by Celia, who was an absolute hero. She made sure we had everything we needed, and truly went the extra mile — thoughtful, kind, and so attentive. If you're lucky, you might even get to try one of her desserts — they're next level! She was kind enough to share a recipe with me, too, but alas, mine wasn't as good! The air conditioning in the room was ace, the four-poster bed was huge and super comfy, the food was all home-cooked and the wine was icy cold and flowing. We loved swimming in both the pool and the river, and the grounds were stunning — lush, green, and dripping with citrus trees. We’ll definitely be back, what a dreamy time.

We loved absolutely everything! The quinta is amazing and the staff is very friendly! The swimming pool is great and the view and the SPA.
