A wonderful experience- a really fantastic staff team who went out of their way to ensure a great stay, from early check-in to late check-out. Fantastic breakfast selection and again, excellent waiting staff. Really good spa facilities and staff. The comfort room is spacious with a good size balcony and a great bathroom. Overall, a great place to rest and relax in a beautiful setting with super facilities and an outstanding team - definitely will stay again

very clean and neat, very friendly staff especially the girls in the restaurant (exceeding expectation in customer service, especially that we do not eat meat and travelled with a fussy toddler). Beautiful views, located in a quiet are, not far from the centre. Nice outdoor area with playground too.

The Hotel is surrounded with trees and located in very quiet area. Internal and external polls are great. The view is relaxing and spacious. The breakfasts are excellent with wide choice of freshly prepared ingredience. All staff are very friendly and well managing any sort of guest needs. Almost everything was perfect. Personal was very friendly and helpful. It was possible to leave luggage at the recpetion before check in and we could already start exploring Ustron. We were at 4* part of the hotel and room was big and modern. There are many attractions included in the price, for example swimming pool, sauna, playground, palyroom for children and also animation for children. Breakfast was very good with a big choice of food and drinks. Everyone could find something. Hotel is located approximatelly 20 minutes on foot from railway station and town center and 10-15 minutes on foor from Park Lesnych Niespodzianek. I really recommend it for families with children.

The location was great with beautiful views. The leisure facilities were great especially the salt rooms steam room and cold water bucket. The children loved the wave pool. We went half board and the food was brilliant . Lots of fresh fish and huge selection. Outside hot tubs were great.
