Food is absolutely delicious, with great selections. Spa was oasis of comfort The concierge was extremely helpful and patient, helped me to book train tickets and local transport. Their resturant opens 5:30am so we could take a bit or grab some take-away before we boarded the train for Machu Pichhu, which itself was a great comfort. Staff is genuinely warm and welcoming!

We stayed in this hotel for a week, and enjoyed every minute of it. The rooms are very clean and cozy, beds were perfect. Breakfast is great with lots of stuff. We especially liked the tea station offering local herbs. Also, 4 cute baby alpacas are visiting the area every day to polish the ideal Andean landscape.

Hands down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. The location is breathtaking, right by the río Sagrado with stunning views from the rooms. The place is really an island of calm and comfort, in line with Belmond standards. Superb food, service, cleanliness and also an amazing team of therapists at the spa. Hope to be back soon. PS: The villa is just amazing, lovely fireplace, fantastic bathrooms and nice terrace. Bonus point is how the staff prepares the room on the evening, those water bags!

The location is the best thing. Being inside the train station I didn’t have problems and it was very convenient. The restaurant is nice as the breakfast and the place is very tranquil and quiet.

A big garden, big room, the host Tula. We just loved our stay in Ollantaytambo and in Samanapaq. So did our kids. We stayed here for 4 nights. The host, Alex, is amazing and very friendly! Takes time to interact with his guests and guide them about the things to do around town. The hotel is beautiful! Great escape from the hustle and bustle of Cusco. It has a lovely garden and terrace, surrounded with a view of the sacred valley mountains. Breakfast was standard every day and delicious. There’s also unlimited supply of coca leaves. Rooms were well equipped and very comfy! Location wise it’s 10 mins walk from the centre.
