United KingdomStaff were very friendly and full of advice on weather, shuttles, etc for the Tongariro Crossing walk, before and during our visit. The packed lunch provided for the walk really was top quality and more than enough !!
Room was very clean and comfortable, while bars/eateries are only a short walk away.

CanadaGreat well equipped 2 bedroom apartment. Parking outside our front door was convenient. The bedrooms are a couple of steps down from mainfloor, wasnt a problem for us. Great food at Schnapps down the street, reasonable prices, large portions and very good.

Excellent location right in National Park village. Staff was helpful and lovely. Outdoor bath was perfect for relaxing after doing the Tongariro Alpine Crossing.

Lovely setting off side street away from main road.
Was upgraded to King room (pod) which was most appreciated.
Comfy bed, crisp clean linen, modern and warm.
Shower had got pressure and plenty of hot water. Fridge, microwave and kettle with utensils provided.
Outdoor bath, though not used, was a nice touch.
I had no need to use Lodge kitchen, but if anything to by my accommodation, am sure it was exceptional.
Just a couple of small things. A small kitchenette with a sink would have been perfect, easier to wash dishes and fill kettle.

Amazing location just outside the national park. Lovely private outside space and outside bath on deck - perfect for relaxing with a wine after a long days walking with views of the mountains. Bed really comfy and space lovely and clean.
Parking super easy just outside the studio. Very accommodating of a late check in.
Great burger van (Camo Kai) just around the corner!!
