The host sent us information on how to access the house few days before our arrival with very clear instruction and useful information of the town. The house is clean and decorated lovely making us feel like home. There are books and board games and CDs to keep us busy even during the Xmas day and the boxing day when most of the shops and restaurants were not opened. Kitchen has quite enough kitchenware so we could make breakfast. Parking is easy as all guests have their own parking space. Location is excellent. It's just in the centre of everything. There are recycle bins and rubbish bins outside in the corner of the property which makes thing easy for us to throwaways rubbish ourselves. And the neighbors (the guests) know what to do for the recycling which i found it amazing that we could still do recycling while we were traveling. Thank you for letting us stay at the property. We met some nice neighbors and had a good time.

Everything was very good and met all our needs for a two nights stay. We had a problem with the combination oven and the property manager went out of her way to help us.

I called to push my check-in time back a few hours because I got distracted at a winery and the woman I spoke to was so lovely and helpful - even put the milk in my fridge and turned on the heat so my room would be cosy when I finally arrived. Giant room with a lovely little back porch area that was unfortunately too rainy to use, room felt clean and spacious and had everything I could have needed.

I love this hotel since 2004 when I first visited. Greytown is such a beautiful town. I smile by just arriving to it. This room was at the back, a building I had never stayed in. It was large and comfortable with double aspect leafy windows and a balcony. I loved the cookie and coffee/tea facilities. I arrived before midnight after a long 9-hour drive through countryside with no shops. This felt like heaven!

Exceptional cleanliness. Great facilities and very spacious. Good range of toiletries - milk in the fridge just everything a weary traveller could need ! Car parking right outside your door. Supermarket boutique shops and a little museum, good restaurants and cafes close by.
