Lovely warm welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Large, clean accommodation with apple and plum trees in the garden and plenty windfall fruits to pick. The pool was clean and not too cold.

I paid a bit more than I usually do for a room and I’m glad I did. The room was spacious, clean, had all the facilities we needed…and it was a great view of the water and some good people watching. The location was great, a short walk to everything and not far from Waitangi. The lady who greeted me at reception was lovely and helpful. Would stay here again.
