Angela and the staff were super friendly and helpful. As it happened to be a slower day, I got an upgrade on my room. Totally unexpected but much appreciated! The location of the Lodge was great and close to the ferries. Can highly recommend staying here!

I paid a bit more than I usually do for a room and I’m glad I did. The room was spacious, clean, had all the facilities we needed…and it was a great view of the water and some good people watching. The location was great, a short walk to everything and not far from Waitangi. The lady who greeted me at reception was lovely and helpful. Would stay here again.

The manager Jim waited up until I arrived - slightly after normal check in. The room was great. The bed was comfy. The location was excellent.
