AustraliaIt started at the front desk Ashia (and apols if I spelt it wrong) looked after us very well and throughout our stay in providing recommendation of where to eat the night of arrival. Our room was spacious and obviously very well serviced, and as a bonux it overlooked the Esplanade. From my wife's perspective this stay was clearly the highlight of our trip to NZ.
