We were lucky and we got a clear day with a view of Everest, though there’s no guarantee. Sambar and Krishna were wonderful - they could not have been more kind or helpful. We were in Nagarkot for five nights and we didn’t feel any need to eat anywhere else. It’s the perfect place to stay.

A wonderful hotel with excellent service. I stayed there for five days after trekking to Everest. I specifically chose it because it was close to Boudhanath. This was my third hotel in Kathmandu, and I was satisfied. The room was clean, odorless, and insect-free. The hotel administrator helped with any problems, calling a taxi, and other questions. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, with mostly older guests. The breakfasts were delicious, and the hotel restaurant, while expensive, was very good.

Located within 4.4 km of Hanuman Dhoka and 5 km of Kathmandu Durbar Square, The Museum provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Kathmandu.
