Very friendly an helpful staff, checking on you constantly, wanting to know if everything was ok. Room was comfortable, clean, I had to wait for a hot water to come for a while, but it always did. Breakfast was good, plenty of choises. The area felt safe.

I stayed at the Karma Boutique Hotel four nights all together. I loved everything there! The stuff was incredibly nice and helpful, the contact via email was immediate. My room was beautiful - decorated with Nepalese art, very spacious, with super comfortable bed. The hotel is located in a small lane, very quiet and only 2 min walk to the streets full of shops, restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend this location, would love to come back!
