The staff was incredibly friendly, always attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made our experience truly special. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with comfortable and well-maintained rooms that provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The restaurant was outstanding, offering delicious, perfectly prepared meals that exceeded our expectations every time. And the location? Absolutely ideal! Nestled close to the city center, the hotel is just a 15-minute walk to Durbar Square, and the route takes you right through a vibrant bazaar—the perfect chance to pick up unique gifts and souvenirs while soaking in the lively atmosphere of the Thamel quarter. This area is a dream for backpackers, with its charming streets, hidden gems, and rooftop restaurants offering breathtaking views of the Himalayan mountains. One of the highlights of our trip was a Himalayan exploration tour that the hotel staff arranged for us. The price was reasonable, and we spent a whole day hiking in the hills, getting closer to the majestic mountains we had longed to see. It was exactly what we were looking for, and we truly appreciated how effortlessly they helped make it happen. Everything about our stay was wonderful, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff is exceptionally friendly, the location is great, right in the heart of Thamel. The hotel is located in a quiet street and has a wonderful courtyard with a restaurant and a bar. Breakfast is very tasty and varies each day.

Firstly, the great strength of this hotel is its staff who are all unfailingly pleasant, polite and professional no matter what their respective roles are. They are a credit to the hotel and I hope all are valued and respected by management. As the staff was extremely humble while checking us by Mr.kausal and Mr gokul who helped me with my lauggage and also the service throughout my in house orders was quick and beautifully presented along with the genuine authentic taste ! Overall, the apsara boutique hotel is very pleasant and heart in Thamel. I have no hesitation in recommending it to future guests.

Quiet location, great staff, good facilities

The location is very central but the place is calme ! Beautiful surroundings and clean with fab restaurants around. The team are so helpful and accommodating. Mr Lama who manages the hotel is absolutely amazing. Comfort is top ! I recommend without hesitation

great location with number one staff in the heart of thamel with buffet breakfast. i've been there two time with my group in one year. i think hotel buddha worth it to value money and i recommend it.
