Overall this was a magical stay and we absolutely loved the experience. The location is breathtaking and I am so glad we decided to stay here rather than in the main centre. We were surrounded by snow and could play and walk in whereas this wouldn't have really been much of an option if we stayed in a hotel in the centre. The cabin was so cute, warm and perfect for what we needed. It was quite snug and a little small and maybe with 2 kids rather than 1 it may have been a tight squeeze. But overall it worked perfectly for us. I loved the deck out the front and back too. It was cool to have a glass roof - I guess the idea was to see the northern lights but it was covered in snow, which is to be expected. We even saw the northern lights from the lodge! The breakfast was great and we found quite convenient. We just showed up each day and paid at the front desk. Staff were also very helpful and friendly. I didn't want to leave and I would recommend this place to anyone. If I return to Tromso I would definitely stay here again!

Honestly, I like everything about this hotel. Its location is great, the breakfast was super diverse and delicious and nice people. The room was quite big, with comfortable bed.

Great staff, perfect location, nice view (enclosed picture), spacious room, quality of the food. Half board is very convenient when you get lazy after a long excursion in the cold and don't want to dress up with 5 layers to go out again. Everything is very smooth there.
