I really like this hotel and room so much. The staff are courteous. They upgraded my room to a better one which is huge and newly renovated and very modern. The room is super comfortable and nice. The breakfast is superb with lots of selections. The location is in a quiet part of Bergen just opposite of the main train station.

4th Floor room Harbour view. Love the fact that it had Rituals bathroom products - such luxury! The breakfast was excellent, spoilt for choice! Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful in every way. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bergen. The location was excellent with lots of restaurants nearby and great value for money....I am missing my lovely breakfast now I am home!

Excellent breakfast buffet and dinner. Very pleasant room, we had one of the small rooms, but it was still perfectly comfortable, and the colour scheme and fabrics are well chosen to give a feel of luxury. Lovely, beautifully furnished building, enjoyed the spacious and quiet bar area with a large lounge and library. Gym and sauna also very clean and well appointed.
