Eveything was good. Shuttle service provided for us to go to IOI city mall. Breakfast also superb and a lot of choices. Hotel staff was friendly too.

It was a gift for my niece and she only had rave reviews about it. Location is superb - very convenient for food and shopping and Grab to get around. Apartment was clean and well-maintained. There's a laundrette on the same floor as the rooftop swimming pool (uses coins). Check-in and housekeeping staff very efficient and respectful. It's a private and safe place for a nice, chill stay. She enjoyed it very much.
