We were immediately given an upgrade to a lovely room with double aspect views, which was a wonderful start to our stay. The place was very clean and the 2 pools deliciously cool.

Spacious Room, great view from the 7th floor, Faris was kind enough to honour my request for a higher floor as property was mostly empty. breakfast was very nice, pool area amazing very good customer service.

The hosts very welcoming and helpful. Location 5 mins from beach and 5 mins from main bus stop. Rooms clean and tidy. Convenience stores nearby as well as dozens of street food stalls. Local beach is a super spot to watch the sunset. Hiking trails nearby but many trails so be very very careful.

The Millen Penang, Autograph Collection is in Georgetown, just 3 minutes' drive from the New Central Business District. It has spacious suites with free Wi-Fi.

The hotel was truly exceptional- staff, room, in-room amenities, pool, bar. Everything seems to have been done with care and thought for the guests which made the stay a very special experience. I literally had to look up the developer bc it seemed to be so high-end and rare in hotels in this range. It was also my mom's birthday and the staff kindly served us some cake and decorated the room with balloons which was a lovely surprise.
