The hotel itself is amazing. The staff are friendly, they have an all you can eat candy shop for kids, the food was fabulous. They have an amazing entertainment team. The pool was warm, i think it was heated the kids loved it !

Our recent stay at the Oleo Cancun was truly exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a grand lobby that offers a breathtaking view of the ocean upon arrival. The check-in process was seamless and efficient. Despite arriving early, we were graciously accommodated and allowed to enjoy lunch at the on-site restaurant while we awaited our room. The hotel's location is perfect, providing a stunning ocean view that is simply unforgettable. Just a few steps from the lobby, guests can find themselves directly on the beach, making it an ideal spot for beach lovers. Our room was also exceptional. We booked an ocean view room, and the view was truly amazing. The room was spacious enough for two people, and the bathroom was modern and very comfortable. The highlight of our stay, however, was the staff. Every team member we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay a wonderful experience. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, from the beautiful surroundings to the outstanding service. We highly recommend it for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Wow! It’s amazing, the design of the hotel! The pool is amazing with the seats etc. the cocktails are a good price around 90 pesos which makes it even better. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else especially when you can use the hotel zone beach’s for free with a 1 dollar bus right by the hotel. Staff was amazing , room cleaned each night. Was nice to have luxury since we’re travelling around Mexico!!
