Lovely stay, with a very nice decoration in the common areas and room. Spatious room and nice warm shower. Breakfast was outstanding, so we cannot do more than recommend this place

The staff were the most efficient and friendliest I have ever encountered..Each member of staff was helpful and so courteous. Excellent breakfast with freshly made coffee..and Moroccan Tea..The Breakfast is run by a super efficient waiter who smiles at every guest..Lots of choices and freshly made omelettes...Leave room for the over supply of freshly made cakes!! The location was really central within a short walk of the Medina and all the small cafes and beautiful Ice Cream Parlours...Lots of restaurants nearby..

The overall experience was amazing. The staff was impeccable in all aspects (front desk, baggage, restaurant, housekeeping). I very much enjoyed my room, the Alejandria suite. Views from the Terrace were spectacular. Breakfast and dinner at El Reducto were excellent. Finally, great value.

Such a beautiful and historical hotel! Although we stayed here for just one night, we enjoyed our time to the fullest. The host was highly accomodating and welcomed us with mint tea and Moroccan pastries and helped us with words and deeds. Our room - and speaking for the Riad in general - was such a cozy little island amidst the busy streets of the medina of Tètouan, so we could amazingly recover from our long travel day. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had also nothing left to be desired. I can only recommend to spend some time on the roof terrace - there you have such a marvellous view on the city, you couldn't imagine it. It was a pleasure to sit up there, read a good book and listen to the street sounds underneath, just indescribable. And of course and not to forget: the breakfast was more than delicious too and invigorated us for a new travel day to come. So, thank you all for your hospitality and helpfulness and all the best for the future, hopefully till the next time!

As soon I stepped to the hotel, their service begun and hatiam. The receptionist provided a great service throughout my four days whatever I need to have requested he was there. I think the Hotel represents him as a great customer service provided and I’m going back again just because he works there.
