Style and design of the room and whole hotel. Staff is well trained and friendly. I used to stay in various locations of Kempinski chain but Riga is one of the best taking into consideration high level of services, well maintained property, location and facilities. Moreover it is my fifth or six time in this particular hotel and always returning with pleasure.

Neiburgs hotel was absolutely great. Located in the middle of the old town, as close as possible to the Cathedral. We had a great view from our apartment. Also breakfest was really delicious!

Very helpful staff, informed us about the transport in the city. Excellent breakfast with a great variety. Close to the centre, train station, bus stop to the airport, and right in front of a department store where you can buy everything, even meals with a 10% discount.

Athmosphere at the hotel was elegant and stylish. The delicious breakfast. Many options of warm portions. Fresh fruits, strawberry smoothie, sparkling wine and the Benedic eggs were the best. Service at the hotels Bar was excellent.

The location was just perfect (close to the various museums, old town, shopping mall (just across the street) and bus stop from which was departing bus for an airport. The apparent was clean with all necessary functionalities.

A gorgeous boutique hotel in the centre of this delightful city. Small rooms but so comfortable, the breakfast restaurant is on the top floor with a great view of the city. Open the door and you are in the main square.
