Clean, lovely staff, great breakfast, fabulous location

Beautiful building and room. Everything was great, clean and well cared for. The room had everything you need. Location was really great, too, close to supermarkets and the river. Self check in was very easy.

The stay was exceptional. The hotel offers excellent, luxurious surroundings that feel cosy and wonderfully warm in winter. Service was top-level, the room was very spacious, and check-in was short and perfectly smooth. The staff were extremely friendly and always greeted with a smile. I am super happy with the entire experience and would return without any hesitation.

Breakfast is very good and varied, everyone will find something for themselves.

Parking, location in the city and lots of activities nearby - will visit again for sure !

The receptionist was incredibly professional and welcoming, making my check-in process smooth and efficient. Their hospitality truly set the tone for a positive experience. However, I do have some concerns regarding the state of the room. While the price is quite affordable, I believe that the rooms still need significant attention to meet basic cleanliness and maintenance standards. Dusting seemed to be overlooked in several areas, particularly in spots that are not immediately visible, which gives the room a neglected feel. Additionally, the bed throw was torn, the curtains weren’t fully secured, and there was noticeable mold in the shower, which really detracted from the overall comfort and appearance of the room. While I understand the hotel offers a budget-friendly option, I believe even at this price point, it’s important to ensure rooms are well-maintained and thoroughly cleaned. I hope the management addresses these issues, as with a little more attention to detail, this hotel has the potential to be a truly great place to stay. I also want to mention the breakfast, which was overall tasty and a nice start to the day. The selection was good, and the croissants were particularly delicious. However, there were a few small oversights that could easily improve the experience. For example, there was a lack of cutlery available for the croissants, making it a bit inconvenient to enjoy them neatly. Additionally, there was no sugar available for the coffee, which is a small detail but an important one for many guests. These are minor issues, but with a little more attention to these details, the breakfast experience could be significantly enhanced.
