The breakfast was genuinely very good. Fresh fruits, ceylon tea and sri lankan coffee. The owner also made some unique dishes each day to supplement the breakfast. All in all it exceeded our expectations- goven how relatively small the hotel is.

It’s a great cosy place. There are tons of animals which I liked but bear in mind if you don’t. The hosts are very cool and friendly. Breakfast is the best I had on my entire 10 day trip. Thank you!!

What a warm welcome we received from Dulshan and Dilu after travelling from the east coast to Negombo all day. Dushlan gave us perfect advice for our couple of hours in Negombo. Just a tuk tuk away from the beach area, this is an impeccably clean accommodation with great in-room facilities.

Have absolutely nothing negative to say about this property. Everything exceeded my hopes. I can heartily recommend this place to anyone visting Negombo. Brenda and Rob are absolutely amazing and kind people who made me feel very welcome. Really got my few days of rest and relaxing here, for the end of my Sri Lanka trip. The hosts also helped on arranging the airport transfer late night etc. Location is good, nice reastaurants close as well as the beach. Property itself was as presented in booking.com pictures and description. Breakfest was very good having the option of english breakfest or Sri Lankan breakfest. Bed was comfy and it was silent during night time. The place is very nicely decorated and garden is beautiful.

The perfect end to our stay in Sri Lanka. Embiente is a sanctuary. The owners take sure care of their property, are very welcoming and helped us with all our needs including laundry and tuk tuk to the airport. The room was super clean, and the bed was comfy. We loved having the pool area to relax in. I enjoyed a lovely and relaxing massage in the garden listening to the birds. Its also so close to restaurants and bars. Perfect!
