The owner Dulshan was very hospitable, he was still waiting for us to arrive even at 1am. He gave us the warmest welcome and made us feel at home. The room was very clean and the property is very peaceful and welcoming, you can immediately feel the good vibes. Dulshan and his wife Dilu are extremely friendly and welcoming. Dilu cooked for us a delicious breakfast the next morning, we had to skip lunch after such an amazing breakfast.

Wonderful guesthouse in pleasant Negombo. Conversely located 5 mins from the Main Street and the beach. Tons of restaurants and bars to choose from there. 20 mins by car from the airport. 1 hour to Colombo. A perfect little oasis to rest, unwind and ease into your holiday. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Big pool. Lovely cafe/bar. Great value for money. Felt safe and well taken care of. Staff is stellar! Professional, pleasant, helpful! Loved them all, and plan to return.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sentido Heritance Negombo, and I must say it was a memorable experience from start to finish. Located just a short drive from Colombo’s international airport, the hotel is ideally positioned right on the golden sands of Negombo beach. Check-in & First Impressions: The check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The staff were professional, courteous, and efficient. The lobby area is beautifully designed with a refreshing coastal aesthetic and open spaces that immediately give you a sense of calm. Room & Comfort: My room offered a stunning view of the Indian Ocean, with a private balcony to enjoy the sunset. The room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished with all modern amenities including a comfortable bed, smart TV, minibar, and luxurious bathroom. Housekeeping was consistently excellent throughout the stay. Dining Experience: The hotel’s restaurants offered a great variety of both Sri Lankan and international cuisine. The buffet breakfast was a highlight — fresh tropical fruits, traditional hoppers, and an impressive selection of Western and Asian dishes. I particularly enjoyed dining by the pool in the evenings; the seafood options were fresh and delicious. Facilities & Ambience: The infinity pool overlooking the ocean is the star of the property — perfect for relaxing under the sun. The spa services were also exceptional, offering a range of traditional Ayurvedic treatments and massages. The fitness center was well-equipped for a hotel gym. Service & Hospitality: The staff went above and beyond to ensure comfort. Whether it was room service, concierge, or restaurant staff, everyone was attentive, respectful, and genuinely hospitable — a true reflection of Sri Lankan warmth. Overall Impression: Sentido Heritance Negombo is a perfect blend of luxury, tranquility, and local charm.

Beautifully decorated boutique hotel with nice furniture, lovely staff, comfortable & large room, big balcony, AC & fan, coffee & tea in the room, large bathroom, located 5-10min walk from main road with more restaurants and shops, swimming pool, nice restaurant.

The welcome could not have been warmer, the room very comfortable, plenty of hot water and our own outside seating area next to the pool a great bonus. The hotel is in a quiet street but only a short walk from the beach and all sorts of restaurants. The land lady went out of her way to spoil all of her guests. Hairdresser, massages, fresh fruit drinks, coffee, tea, home cooked breakfast, in-depth conversations. A really nice place to stay and to return to!
