Everything was excellent and the staff were helpful. They organized several activities inside the resort with free cocktails and tea time. The rooms are very spacious and clean. We also tried the spa, it was very relaxing. Might be expensive but totally worth it if you wanna have a luxurious experience.

The staff of the hotel is very kind and helpful, at all times, accomodating to every wish. The room, that we stayed in, was large enough and had everything necessary for a comfortable trip. The room was cleaned daily and the towels changed regularly. The meals served in the restaurant was varied and delicious, everybody can find something to eat according to their tast. The pool area is kept very clean. There are sufficient sunbeds and additional towels for all the guests.

I cannot fault this place. The only thing I would say is that I wish I stayed longer. The room was clean, staff were exceptional and the location cannot be neat. Right on the beach! This is the place you should be staying in Diani.

Pappillon has excellent vacation vibe. Rooms are clean and nice with mosquito nets, AC was working well, bathroom was clean and spacious. The food was always delicious with good variety for everybody, liked especially outdoor dinners with some pleasant live music. Need to highlight entertainment guys that invited to activities which we enjoyed a lot. Staff is friendly and takes care that the monkeys are kept away. We also loved the direct access to the white sandy beach. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We were amazed by everyone and everything. The staff was very nice, friendly and polite. The facilities were very comfortable and clean. The pool was very refreshing! I have never been to such a nice beach before... Food was delicious as well.
