It's near the bus station, close to the lake, and the house was really clean. The check-in process was easy, and the host was very kind. It's the best option if you're looking to catch the sunrise with a view of Mt. Fuji, the lake, and swans. Unforgettable memory, wish I can come back again ^^

Custom servise is pretty good here! We recieved a big breakfast in japanesse style. Also, we need to stay here one more night because of heavy rain and ladies on the reception gave us permission to stay here and pay on evening because we are out of cash right now (ATM is down the road but is very rainnig), our cards are not working here and Booking shows more price than we payed before. So, huge thank to them! :)

Absolutely amazing. We were super lucky with the weather and got the most beautiful view of Mt Fuji from our balcony. The bathtub overlooking the lake and Mt Fuji is an absolute must!

The ladies here are so lovely and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay at Wafu guesthouse. It's a 5 minute walk to the station. Easy to rent a bike and ride all around Lake Kawaguchiko. It was so nice having a separate room after all the capsule hotels in the big cities. Will definitely visit again!

Absolutely amazing location, right by the expressway bus station, with amazing views of Mt. Fuji, free shuttle bus to all the attractions and an amazing breakfast buffet and the Onsen! Nothing to complain about, favourite part of the 2 week Japan trip.

I had a 2 night stay in Konanso. The staff is very welcoming and polite, maybe it helps that i speak Japanese. However, they also speak English. Rooms are spacious, clean and with wonderful views. There is a person in charge of your stay that will bring you dinner each night and ask if you need anything. Dinner served at the bedroom is delicious, and the onsen is gorgeous. Would recommend 10/10. Breakfast is also excellent, with western and japanese food.

Shuttlebus service on call. Breakfast and dinner had an amazing array of dishes. The private onsen is worth the pay, incredible view of the lake. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel and the hotel is within walkable distance from Fuji Panoramic Ropeway and Kawaguchiko Station. Photos do not show the complete meal course.
