The owners are so friendly and put so much effort into making your stay a great one. Breakfast and dinner were both fabulous and the onsen as well. It’s also in a great location and you can walk everywhere. Highly recommend!

Can't fault it, everything we wanted from the experience was included. Rooms beautiful (and massive), dinner and especially breakfast were excellent and the public baths were lovely. Staff great. Good location a few minutes walk from main areas as well as station.

The Ryokan was exceptional. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. The room (the one with the semi open air bath) is astonishing. The kaiseki dinner was excellent and the sushi bar too.
