The staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a typhoon coming as I checked into the hotel. The restaurant was only available for pre-booked guests and the staff supplied me with alternative food until the restaurant could accommodate me the following night for dinner and breakfast the next day. Without them I would have been sick with hunger. Thank you The restaurant food was amazing Japanese food which I would out have had anywhere else in Japan.

good view in the room. offering shuttle bus service helps a lot. dinner is very delicious, I stayed there 2 days, offered differnt menu each day, well-considerate. restaurant staffs offering chinese and english introduction.
