The communication with the hosts was spotless, possibly, one of the nicest host and hotel manager we ever met! The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood, just few minutes by foot from the beach! The room had a comfortable bed, a large window with a balcony, AC, TV, a table with 2 chairs, a very functional wardrobe, bathroom with a shower, bidet, free toiletries, fresh towels and daily cleaning. We had a good and fresh breakfast buffet, but also the possibility to reserve the lunch or dinner in the hotel restaurant. The hotel guests can access discounted sunbeds on the beach and free parking nearby. The beach is just amazing, sandy, low waters, with playground and restaurants, lounge, DJs etc. You can have 30min walk to Chioggia, a hidden gem Venice-much alike or just take a boat-trip to Venice for a change-of scenery. Definitely recommend this place for families and friends who want to enjoy a nice holiday by the sea.

Wonderful position right on the canal and the main street. Wonderful room, small but all facilities and a wonderful reception on arrival. There are only 4 rooms so attention from owner second to none and all open onto a small courtyard. Excellent Italian breakfast in a lovely breakfast room. Plenty of bars and restaurants near by. Couldn't fault it.

If you are looking for a unique place, not far from cities like Venice, Padua, or Chioggia, and you want a very relaxed atmosphere in a beautiful setting with a swimming pool and hottub, a spacious garden, and views of the vineyards, then this is the right place for you. Having your own transport is recommended. We were welcomed by the son of the family, and we immediately felt the genuine warmth that the hosts radiate. They are truly hospitable in every sense of the word and were always ready to give tips for excursions or simply have a nice chat during breakfast. Very pleasant and sincerely friendly people! We enjoyed every second of our week stay here and will definitely come back! The apartment had all the comfort we needed: good beds, a beautiful bathroom, and air conditioning. We didn’t use the kitchen, but everything you might need was there. Be sure to try their wine and Prosecco! A top stay! The photos of this place are beautiful... Believe me, in reality it’s even better!
