The room was very beautiful, specially the bathroom and very spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us great tips on where the best places to eat in the city and the best tourist attractions available. The breakfast was amazing, including a selection of deli meats, spreads and sweet options.

We stayed here for 3 days. Room was clean, nice, in new building. It was very close to the grocery shop, around 10-15min walk to the city center. Huge plus for private parking, which is very rare in Sicily. The host was very supportive, provided us with guide what to see in Marsala and neighbourhood. It is very close to the see, however not to the beach. We visited Marsala in April, so it was not a problem and we were aware of distance. There was a small kitchen in the room, so there is also possibilty of meal preparation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Giovanni's property. The property exceeded our expectations and we regret that we planned only one night stay there. The building is secure and gated, the location is simply amazing- just across the quiet road from Marsala Laguna with the most stunning sunset views. The property is surrounded by beautiful gardens, our breakfast was served outside by the beautiful olive trees. The building itself is full of character and interesting details. Our room was good, furnishing is basic but adequate, the room was large with access to the shared balcony and a corridor leading to the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked well, which was important considering the temperature outside and inside. The breakfast was nice, fresh sweet and savoury bakes from the local bakery, fruit, coffee and juice. Jovanni's very hospitable, communication with him was easy and quick. Overall we are very pleased with our stay, would recommend it to everyone and would definitely come to stay again.

The room was the nicest we have ever had! Spacious, tastefully furnished, with two balconies overlooking two main streets! Plus another balcony in the bathroom! Breakfast was delicious, from sweet to savoury, including fresh fruit, dairy products, juices. One morning mortadella and salami, the next one bressaola and turkey ham, then melone con prosciutto!!!
