The whole property is well-run, modern and stylish. In the hallway you could smell the fresh goods they were making in the bakery below, which created its own vibe. The pleasant staff even organized a ZTL pass so I could enter the city center by car and handle the luggage easily. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. You get more than you pay for here. Don't forget to visit the excellent restaurant also called Scaravelli👍

Really a beautiful Palazzo as described, but better, because it is also a home. Luciana and Claudio were such gracious and helpful hosts, and you felt so looked after. The residence is full of history, huge elegant public rooms, more intimate bedrooms, with brand new bathrooms. The breakfast really is superb, fresh fruit, special cereals etc, and the most wonderful selection of cakes (mostly made by Luciana) and pastries. As noted by others, there are stairs, but your bag is deftly carried up by Claudio.... the whole experience of Mantua was heightened by staying here. Very well located too.

Nice hotel in center. Awesome view from room on Mantova dom. Everything in town within walking distance. Garage very close where, if small luggage even don't need to drive directly to hotel. Very kind and absolutely helpful staff. Great breakfast where could get fresh brewed coffee if asked.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, located right in the heart of the city center, with everything within walking distance. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful city view. They were also very practical and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

The stuff was really nice, and the breakfast was amazing. I arrive before I suppose, but the room was already ready. The bed and the room was also much better then I expected. It is a great experience.
