Very friendly host who provides awesome information and travel tips, not only for Lecce but also for the whole region. He is also available for a glass of wine or coffe on the beautiful terrace if one is interested. Everything is really well organised and clean. Beautiful place in a great location.

I travel a lot and I am very picky in the places where I stay. This location has been very satisfying. I was staying in another hotel but I had to leave there immediately. I drove to Lecce and halfway I booked Palazzo Bignami (30 minutes before arriving), solely based on the great reviews. I texted with Liana about my arrival and 30 minutes later I was greeted by her. Liana and Enzo, the couple who own the B&B, are so kind. They have a background in interior design and this is noticeable in the B&B. Spaces and rooms are decorated with such detail, every time you look somewhere, you will see something new. The B&B is very clean! I think hygiene is important and I was very satisfied. The bed felt new, the bed linnen felt new, the floors and furniture were clean. My compliments! The rooms are large, so are the sizes of the beds. For Italian standards, the shower cabinet is of a large size, which is great. The sun blinds in front of the window make minimal noise when you put them up or down, which is nice when you are trying to sleep and your neighbour uses them. You will hear nothing. Lastly, the street is very quiet, so you have a great sleep! The breakfast is of a high standard. Lots of products to choose from and a great cup of coffee. The location is great. It is 100 meters located outside of the old city centre, which puts you in a place of tranquility but with a short walk in Lecce’s buzzing city centre. It is also a 5 minute walk from the train station. Parking is free in front of the B&B. Lastly, you should ask Liana and Enzo for tips in the region. Enzo gave me the tip of driving on the east coast from north to south, as this coastal road is beautiful. Well, beautiful is an understatement as it was breathtaking. Liana and Enzo will give you great tips. I am going to visit Lecce again and I will definitely stay at Palazzo Bignami again. Best stay ever.

The location is excellent, it’s very close to the old town. The facilities are top notch, the bedroom and terrace are big and comfortable. Everything was better than expected and the service made it even better, very helpful and attentive!

Very charming hosts in an authentic and beautiful place to experience Lecce. Well located and good breakfast as well. We do recommend !

So comfortable, anonymous, convenient, and clean. The staff were friendly and professional. The gym was nice too. Breakfast was very pleasant.

The host Tulio as well as the building and the room were exceptional! The room is very comfortable and extremely quiet. The location, amenities and the terrace are superb. Highly recommend!

Due to booking tech errors we had to be moved to another of their B&B's called Vittoria Luxury House, so we can't rate this particular place but sure its up to the same standard. We had a lovely clean apartment close to the centre, very welcoming host who gave us lots of information especially in recommending local food and restaurants (which can be a mission being vegan and vegetarian).
