Property is located by the lake, and has very good location as it is by the train station as well. Bed was very comfortable. Host was very polite and helpful! We had a very pleasent stay and we will definitely stay here again if we come back to Como.

Great location in Como town, 5 minutes to the center, train and bus station, and short walk to lakeside. My single room var very nice appointed, very comfortable, everything pristine clean and new.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was spacious & comfortable, & the common areas were quiet & relaxing. The area in which the hotel is located is close to the centre, & the lake, but despite the fact that there were a number of restaurants nearby, felt much less crowded. Good breakfast too.

The apartment was in a ideal location 6 minutes from the lake and centre. A nice quiet area. The girl downstairs in the office was extremely helpful. I think her name was juliette. .

Superb from start to finish. Beautiful room with small balcony and beautiful views of the lake. All members of staff were excellent, very friendly, helpful, efficient and professional, nothing was a problem. Breakfast was a wonderfully relaxing experience with superb views. This hotel exceeded expectations and I would highly recommend.
