Our room at Cairoli Exclusive Rooms & Suites was really great - nice, clean and spacious, as well as surprisingly quiet what we didn't expect as we booked accomodation in the city centre and we were prepared for the noise of the people strolling around, cars, vans etc., but on the third floor actually no noice can be heard. Our room had a spectacular view over the Cairoli square and we could park a car in front of the building and keep an eye on it all the time. For my daughters the higlight of our whole stay in Italy was actually the bathroom at Cairoli Exclusive Rooms & Suites. They liked it so much! Our host Mr. Sergio was very nice, polite and helpful and he was waiting for us till the evening for our late chek-in! Thank you Mr. Sergio and Cairoli Exclusive Rooms & Suites! Now I know where to stay next time when I come to Brindisi - I don't need to look any further for a pleasant stay and great accomodation.

Hotel was excellent, fantastic location very near train station. Our flight was delayed and our check in time was late, however Nina left a video message on WhatsApp to explain how we could check in at that very late hour. Breakfast was very good, fruit, yogurt, toasties, ham, cheese, cereal, a selection of teas and coffees. After ẁe had checked put, we were allowed to leave our luggage on the premises for a few hours. All in all we had a very good experience at this hotel. Thanks to Nina and her staff.

Morizio(?) Was just so kind, went way beyond normal for us. Drove to our car hire place so we could return our hire car, then gave us a lift back. Then my husband tripped through the mosquito screen and we thought we'd broken it. The owner came to check and assured us it was ok. We followed his recommendation and caught a ferry about 10 minutes away across to the promenade and had a lovely evening. If I was staying again I wouldn't hesitate, the location, room with balcony and host were all first rate.
