I loved the authenticity of the property, the touch of the bamboo roof in the deluxe room, the proximity to the town, the sounds of the town over the Christmas period. The feeling of locality that staying at this property brought. Kabil our host was incredibly accomodating and involved, helping us navigate upon reaching Munnar. We felt very looked after.

Excellent hotel. The views from our balcony were amazing. The staff were very friendly and organised our tour of Munnar and tickets to the kalari kshethra and martial arts display and our onward travel by taxi. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The food in the restaurant was very good and we enjoyed a decent breakfast.

The view is stunning, and the place is wonderfully quiet while still being close to the city (15 minutes by tuk-tuk / 10 minutes from the bus stop). The food was excellent, and breakfast varied each day — with toast, butter, jam, and omelette for the Western touch, plus an Indian dish. There are also other good restaurants nearby if you feel like a change. We were looking for a peaceful place to rest away from the hustle and bustle, and it was perfect. There are some beautiful walks in the area, where you can explore cardamom plantations, incredible forests with huge trees, and of course, tea plantations. The staff were also very kind and welcoming. Highly recommended

Best dorm I have stayed. Surrended by trees , there's a balcony plus terrace with hammock attached to the room. You can see and hear many bird species from balcony. There is garden to hang out as well. The staff was very helpfull and friendly , sweet people.
