The staff is amazing. The room and the bed are very comfortable. The Asiatic restaurant close to the Spa is very good and the Spa ( massages) as well. The breakfast is one of the best I have ever get .The front desk is very helpful. I would definitely go again ! ( sorry having spent only one night)

Not our first time at this Hyatt, which is our favorite lux hotel in Calcutta, but the stay was all around perfect for our needs. Utkarsh and Zeba really helped us in all sorts of ways. Will return soon.
