There are no words to express how truly amazing this hotel is. By far the best hotel we've stayed at in India, even much better than the other Oberoi we stayed at in Agra. The location is also great, right in front of the sea. What makes it even more exceptional is the staff: highly qualified, professional and super kind. And the food is simply amazing. There are three different restaurants, one Michelin Star Indian, one Italian and one that has different kinds of cuisines. All spectacular. One huge thank you goes to Chef Sahil, his food was superb and he went a long way to accomodate all of my allergies. I can't thank him enough. Also, for gym lovers, the gym is great!

The lobby lounge is a lovely spot to chill and relax during the day, with super attentive staff without being overwhelmed. Ravi and Jay deserve a special note. They went above and beyond to look after us. The Jamahar restaurant, which serves traditional food, is out of this world, and Abdul, who guided us through our Indian menu, was a gentleman and so passionate about his job.

They upgraded me to sweet. The bed was super comfortable. They offered to set up a bubble bath. I took this stay to spend some time with my husband 9 months after giving birth to my daughter. It was a very relaxing stay. Absolutely loved the facilities and ambience

This was incredible from check in to check out. An actual full service luxury heritage hotel. Easily the best experience I’ve had in a hotel in customer service ever. Sure it helps we were upgraded to the palace from the tower, but it’s the little things that makes this place special. Never ending refills on snacks. Yea and water in the rooms. A turn down service in 2024! My son was even given a free Taj teddy bear thing to complement his own teddy when they made the beds! I could go on, but this was pure perfection.

The people are really friendly and helpful, Diviya is particularly good at anticipating your needs and makes a great hostess. I do like the particular attention paid to us as individuals (not corporate booking), ensuring we are satisfied. 2nd time there so far since February. We lobe the lounge too, excellent service there. Plus, we did get a lovely upgrade!!

Friendly staff who assisted me with all my questions & amazing location. I was upgraded to a better room on arrival which was a lovely gesture! Breakfast was lovely with fresh bread, fruit and some Indian foods. I was staying on the first floor, if you have time go to relax on the 4th floor which is also beautifully decorated and furnished.

Great breakfast, fresh tasty and good service. Great location. We were offered a room upgrade to have a seafacing room for another 15,000 R/s, which we accepted though I think it’s a little overpriced. Friendly staff. Overpriced in room dining menu. Overall a lovely hotel with a calm and relaxed buzz. Great location to colaba.
