Everything was exactly like on the photos: may be not brand new but CLEAN, fresh, beautiful, stylish, cozy and quiet!!! You open the balcony in the morning and you see beautiful tropical garden, you have breakfast in this garden! You may hear some sounds from the street (well our room was the closest to the exit) but it was never too much even though we are quite sensitive to it. The breakfast is not much choice but there is choice and it’s good, tasty and we felt perfectly satisfied. The service was attentive but not disturbing ! Especially I want to mark the fact that you can get as much of pure drinking water as you wish without wasting plastic bottles - it was perfect water we drank it all the time without any issues. Thank you to the hosts very much!!

the property was amazing,from the welcome at arrival,to checking in the staff were amazing and highly professional.To the layout of the entire reception and main lobby area was just incredible.The room was big spacious sparkling clean with balcony,Bed was huge and very comfortable.the grounds of the 56 acres was just amazing well maintained with hammocks located around gardens.pure luxury definitely a5 star with room for an extra few stars . the food was simply amazing breakfast an restaurants.world class food.benaulim beach is attached to hotel I think this beach is the best in Goa north and south.white sand like silk crystal clean water with amazing shacks.this hotel has everything 10/10

Excellent facilities, very comfortable rooms, welcoming and kind team. The Spice Studio restaurant is a highlight, and had the privilege to attend a cooking lesson. The entire resort is a magical self contained, very well run haven. There is a car to drive the guests to the beach, however the pool was clean and much more pleasant.
