When we made the reservation, we added a note requesting a fridge. Twenty minutes later, the hotel guest relations manager, Vered Elbar, called us to respond to our request. She was very welcoming and helpful. I made requests before at other hotels before this and I never received a personal response. When we arrived at the hotel, Vered greeted us, offered us refreshments and told us if we have any questions or concerns during our stay to call her directly. We got a very comfortable, quiet room with a magnificent view! We had lunch and supper there. The food was great and there was lots of variety.What was most impressive was how Ms Elbar made every effort to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied with our accommodation, Her kind and gracious demeanour was very welcoming. We would definitely return to this hotel and recommend the hotel to our friends.

Very happy with my stay. Great location in the center of Netanya. Rooms are spacious and fully equipped. The receptionists and the people from the bar were very nice and professional. All of them could speak a perfect English. the Ideal place for a business trip in the region. Would definitely stay there again.

we stayed here in winter so can't really comment on the beach. But the hotel is a VERY nice, new, highraising building right on the beach. our room was a suite (i think they all are) with a beautiful terrace that offered views of the coast from Tel Aviv to Haifa. Staff at the reception was supernice and helpful. couple of hiccups we had with the booking were resolved quickly and smoothly. selection at breakfast buffet large and adequate the evening we had dinner in one of the restaurants (not part of the hotel) at the base of the building. meat and beer were good, price was reasonable.

Just a 3-minute walk from Netanya’s beach and the popular Tayelet (Promenade), Mizpe Yam offers boutique accommodation with comfortable bedrooms and complimentary breakfast.

The size of the Junior suite was great , the views were awesome the it exceeded our expectations . The front desk staff were absolutely brilliant nothing was too much for them , the breakfast was great it was an excellent stay we all enjoyed ourselves very much .
