It was my second time and as first time it was again perfect. Very comfortable stay, clean and spacious room. The deluxe suit was very comfortable with a private balcony. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Will return for sure. Recommend to anyone who looking for a peaceful and clean hotel with amazing restaurant. Food is very tasty, presented well and good size portions.

Exceptionally clean and rather quiet. The staff is polite and very helpful, most of them are young and speak fluent English. The hotel is warm enough, bathrooms a bit warmer than rooms. You can choose from a variety of food at both breakfast and dinner. All the cooked food is warm and delicious. Three kinds of juice are available at breakfast, together with cold and warm milk, tea, water and a wide range of coffee. Both breakfast and dinner include several desserts.

I've travelled to many countries, staying in many hotels around the world. This hotel I rate among the best in the category (it is definitely at least for a star higher!). I initially came for 4 nights, but then decided to extend for another 8 nights directly at the hotel. First, the hotel is at an excellent location, right across one of the Spa entrances and in a well-kept, peaceful park. The hotel staff are fabulous: all reception staff were fully professional, effective, and at the same time very friendly (I liked Jennifer and Tunde with whom I communicated most and in English or Serbian, but also all other staff that I could not remember the names of). Cleaning staff are caring and keep the room in a perfect condition; they were unintrusive and with full respect to guests privacy. The Internet link is 5G and worked impeccably. The dining room staff is likewise very effective, welcoming and keeping the buffet food in good quantity. The food quality was really exceptional (I had buffet breakfast and dinner), good variety, and very tasty - you really do not need a full board as breakfast and dinner will be quite enough. The hotel has also a nice garden with a pool. Another good thing is that there are enough parking places behind the hotel, and for the hotel guests, it is free. The car park looked very secure. Distance to the town centre is only around 15 min walking. Gyula is a small, charming and clean little spa town, but it also has a large Interspar, Tesco and dm superstores. The prices of extra drink in the hotel, and generally in Gyula, are quite affordable and lower than in majority other European countries. I sincerely recommend this hotel.

This modern hotel facing the castle offers their guests large breakfast and dinner buffet in the price of the hotel. The price also includes access to the large, community swimming pool and thermal water pools. It is ideal for families with children, couples and groups. It is conveniently located about a 10 minute walk to the historical downtown section. One of the things that I enjoyed about this hotel was that in the evenings the guests are entertained with live music performance. My favorite was the man who played Spanish and Gypsie music. He created a fun atmosphere. The lobby also hosts some very nice art work by a local artists. Gylula is a city that has a lot to offer their visitors. I think, it was one of the loveliest cities I have seen in Hungary and also one of the cleanest. I especially liked visiting the museum next door that showed how the Hungarian aristocracy used to live.

Great location. Very close (walking distance) to main atractions. Big, clean and cozy room. Friendly staff Very good breakfast. Jacuzzi available.
