We spent an amazing week there. Staff was so friendly, helpful and always approachable. Manos, the manager, is a great man with his lovely family, also the cleaning lady was sooo kind to us. They are maintaining the property so well, that we felt ourselves like in a little paradise. Pool was always clean, nice chill music there and it is in a big green garden with lots of palm trees. From the sunbeds you can enjoy a unique view on the mountains. They also offer food and coctails in the garden and you can rent a car as well. There are some really good restaurants just some minutes by walk and the sea is also 5 minutes from there. They also gave us towels for the beach which was an extra kindly service. Vergina apartments are defenetly the best choice in Malia, sure we will come back soon.

The hotel is at the beach with its own pool. The beach area and the pool area were beautiful, well designed and organized. The guests received clean towels for the beach or pool use. The apartment had a beach view, two large rooms and a very large terrace. The view were amazing, we watched the sunset from there every day. The food at the hotel was very delicious, our favorites were the Energy bowls with Greek yoghurt and oatmeal and the avocado toast. The hotel staff were always very nice and helpful. We enjoyed every moment there.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely magnificent. The hotel boasts a truly professional team. There wasn't a single question that Anna at the reception couldn't answer she knows everything (and we asked a lot of questions!). She has excellent English skills and was always smiling and cheerful. The bar and restaurant, managed by Despina, operate just as flawlessly as the reception. The hotel grounds are extensive, featuring a beautiful pool and a restaurant with an extensive menu. Our room was recently renovated, with very comfortable mattresses and was well-appointed. We also enjoyed a large balcony. The location is also very convenient; it's quiet and peaceful at night, yet within a 10-minute walk you can reach bars, restaurants, and the beaches. A huge thank you to everyone involved (I firmly believe that any business is built on its people) for our excellent vacation! With love from Tel Aviv, Katerina, Maria, and Alexander.

Our family had an absolutely amazing stay at Creta Maris Resort this August. From the very beginning, the experience exceeded our expectations. We were kindly upgraded to a beautiful room with a stunning sea view, which set the tone for a perfect holiday. The entire resort was excellent in every way – the facilities, the cleanliness, the food, and the overall atmosphere made our vacation unforgettable. I especially want to mention Eleni from Customer Relations, who was truly outstanding. She went above and beyond to make our stay special. During our time there, we celebrated my wife’s birthday, and Eleni organized a wonderful dinner with a delicious birthday cake and an incredible view. It was such a thoughtful and memorable touch that meant a lot to us. Thank you to the whole team at Creta Maris Resort for making our family trip so special. We will definitely come back!
