This was a very simple place. The lady who ran the rooms was very pleasant and the price was very fair. The cafe downstairs was extremely pleasant. I arrived on foot with my son. We both enjoyed staying here. The simplicity of the place appealed to both of us, even with the forty year age gap. And every one loves Loutro!

A lot of love has gone into this very special boutique hotel with many nice touches. The welcome was warm and friendly and the room was well appointed with a selection of drinks and snacks. Communications prior to arrival were really well managed and very prompt. There is a beautiful secluded garden with an imposing gable end wall which is all that remains of the original early 20th Century building and there is a lot of information about the history of the site. Breakfast in the garden was a real pleasure and the time spent on making my departure memorable was unbelievable. I am a highly experienced traveller but this stands out as absolutely one to remember, I would certainly be very happy to stay here again and I can recommend it to anyone who is visiting this village.
